The offered property consists of a large living room with a kitchen annex, two separate rooms, a bathroom, a hall and a terrace with exposure to the quiet side. The premises is mostly furnished and equipped with a very good standard, and any additional equipment of the second of the separate rooms will be managed in agreement with the new tenant, according to his needs. The apartment can be rented for calm and responsible tenants with a long-term cooperation will. Living with a pet can discussed individually, however, it will require to pay the deposit higher than standard.
