TL Real Estates offers for rent a very nice apartment with a great view, situated on the 7th floor of a well-maintained building, which is part of a fenced complex located in the area of Podgórze Duchackie, near the St. Raphael’s hospital. The offered premises consist of a living room with an open kitchen, two separate rooms, a bathroom and a hall and additionally it has a very nice terrace. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a very good standard (only a large desk will be removed from the bedroom), with the possibility of providing additional furniture by the owner. It can be rented for calm, responsible tenants, preferably working people, families, but we will also be happy to establish cooperation with nice students. As far as living with an animal is concerned, dogs are accepted, however, this requires paying a double deposit and having the tenants liability insurance. Additional maintenance costs are administration fee in the amount of ~500 PLN (including a large advance payment for heating provided by MPEC) + utilities i.e. a fee for the lift and garbage depending on the number of people (~40 PLN/person) + advance payments for hot water and cold, and separately the costs of electricity consumption (there is no gas in the building).
